Committee of Oil and Gas Industry
Committee of Oil and Gas Industry of the Presidium of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan was established for the effective interaction of the business community with the public authorities to solve the problems of NCE on issues related to the relations in the sphere of oil and gas industry. Its task is to analyze and to develop proposals for the Presidium and the Board of NCE on:
1. conceptual approaches to public policy in the sphere of oil and gas industry;
2. improvement of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the oil and gas the industry;
3. identify priority issues in the field of oil and gas industry, requiring legislative and (or) organizational solutions;
4. formation of a common position of the National Chamber on the main strategic directions of development of the industry;
5. participation in the development and implementation of government policy documents on the development of the industry;
6. strengthening of cooperation with international industry organizations.
