Now enterprises operating in the priority sectors of the economy for more than one year can participate the program
JSC "Kazakhstan Industry Development Institute" reports that on 17th of June 2015 by the decision of the Government of Kazakhstan the program "Performance 2020" was adopted in new edition. The conditions and mechanisms of provision of state support tools were amended in the document, new service tools of state support introduced as well as.
The new edition contains the mechanism for providing optimized support measures. The program is open to enterprises operating at least 1 year in the priority sectors of the economy, including agriculture, light and wood industry, chemical and pharmaceutical industry, production of building materials, transportation and warehousing, information and communication.
Lease financing and payment of the costs for the development of an integrated plan for lease financing can receive all the companies (including start-up projects), operating in the above mentioned sectors.
According to the new edition of the program, the following costs incurred by enterprises shall be reimbursed: the development of a comprehensive plan to provide lease financing - 50% (but not more than 2 million tenge); development and / or expertise of the feasibility study - 50% (but not more than 15 million tenge); staff training, including abroad - 40% (but not more than 2 million tenge); attracting foreign experts - 40% (but not more than 9 million tenge); conducting technological audit, energy audit, consulting, information technology, design and preparation of engineering solutions, finding new designs, technologies, equipment and identify opportunities for their application in the workplace, in the provision of services, support and management of the normal course of the process of production and sales, development of an industrial design - 40%, but not more than 30 million tenge; develop a plan and implement an advanced management and a production technology (automated control systems, energy efficiency and green technologies, standards, project management, Lean, Kaizen, TPM, ERP, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), project management, research, development and innovation, information technology, energy and environmental management) - 40% (but not more than 5 million tenge (per plan) and not more than 15 million tenge (for implementation).
