National Bank announces changes in registration of shares and corporate bonds

The state services on registration of the issue of authorized shares and non-government bonds have been transferred to the electronic format.
The services will be provided only in electronic form via the egov.kz portal. The National Bank will not accept applications for the provision of these state services in paper form through the office.
The changes occur in the fulfillment of item #22 of the National Action Plan on implementation of the President’s State of the Nation Address dated January 31, 2017, which provides for maximum optimization of the processes of the provision of public services and their full transfer to the electronic format.
