Department of Operating Activities
Department of Operating Activities is a structural division of the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - Atameken) and reports to Chief of Staff.
The Department carries out its activity on three main blocks:
- Maintenance of uninterrupted activity of structural divisions of Atameken, realization of purchases and the organization of internal actions.
- Identification, description of business processes of the organization, assistance in their further digitization and automation.
- Formation of IT strategy of Atameken on the basis of IT needs of structural divisions. Support of information and communication infrastructure of Atameken.
The Department interacts with all structural Atameken divisions.
