Legislation and Development of Self-Regulation Department
Legislation and Development of Self-Regulation Department is a structural division of the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - Atameken) and reports to the supervising member of the Board.
Legislation and Development of Self-Regulation Department performs its activities in three main blocks:
1. Representation of interests of Atameken in Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Coordination of examination of draft regulatory legal acts by the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and regional chambers of entrepreneurs.
3. Development of self-regulation institute.
The Department cooperates with all subjects of entrepreneurship, associations of legal entities, structural divisions of Atameken and state bodies on issues supervised by the Department.
