In Atyrau, a businesswoman provides security for citizens
Atyrau entrepreneur Gulmira Dzhumagalieva since 2007 provides safety of life and safety of property of citizens. She is the owner and director of the security company PCN Kuzet, which is currently represented throughout western Kazakhstan, as well as in all seven districts of the Atyrau region. Now the company plans to open its branches in Almaty and Astana.
"I always wanted to work in the internal affairs bodies, I liked wearing uniforms and shoulder straps, but I had a family and little children. At some point, I realized that I can fulfill my dream in a slightly different form, that is, I can help protect my city while being the owner of the business. For about eight years I worked in a security company, knowledge and experience acquired during this time helped me to open my company. Our company is engaged in security activities, installation, adjustment and maintenance of security and alarm, fire alarm and video surveillance systems", says Gulmira Zhumagaliyeva.
The security firm has been closely cooperating with the Department of Internal Affairs of Atyrau region for several years. "PCN Kuzet" together with law enforcement agencies is implementing a project to reduce crime "Safe City". Similar work is carried out in all districts. The company's capabilities make it possible to carry out video monitoring from the city, as soon as the signal comes, law enforcement officers are sent to the place. Very soon it is planned to launch the "Smart Home" program, thanks to which the owner can manage his housing with a tablet.
"With the combination of official and family responsibilities, there are no problems, since we have a common business with our spouse. Children have grown up and they help. The eldest son Almaz runs his own enterprise. The second son, Olzhas, is also employed in the family business. He specializes in the technical support of security systems. Younger son Iskander studies in the 4th grade. Therefore, we solve all work and family issues together", - said the businesswoman.
It should be noted that last year, following the results of the regional contest "Entrepreneur of the Year" Gulmira Dzhumagalieva was awarded the nomination "Woman - Entrepreneur 2016". She is also one of the active members of the Council of Businesswomen of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Atyrau region.
"There is a certain expression of Confucius - choose a job to your liking and you will not have to work a single day in your life. I fully agree with this. I can say with confidence that I found the cause of my life. I would advise young entrepreneurs to set ambitious goals. Embrace your goals in the subconscious, only so they can come true in reality. After the subconscious mind has accepted the goal, trust your intuition, let your subconscious mind do its work. This is the secret of my success", - said Gulmira Zhumagaliyeva.
